Our future employees must be self motivated TEAM members with well rounded experience.  All employees are Project Managers and are responsible for all phases of a project from proposals, to design, and through construction administration.  Project Managers are given full project responsibility with guidance from the principal of the firm.  Learning the architectural process through this approach helps develop a well rounded Architect.  The office prides itself in creating architecture that is easily constructable.  We have framers that enjoy working with us instead of throwing hammers at us.  The office has an open book policy and encourages all members to become familiar with the business workings of an architecture firm.

Our open plan office encourages interaction between everyone and the occasional rubber band war.  This helps produce camaraderie in the office, equal to none.  We work very closely with our clients and pride ourselves in a quick response to their desires.  Our office is non-smoking.

We maintain our software and hardware at the top of current technology.  We are a fully networked office using AutoCAD 2008 on Pentium 4 computers running Windows XP Professional.  Each workstation has access to the Internet via a T1 connection.  We believe that keeping up with technology provides us the opportunity to be productive and efficient and ensures our clients the finest product.

• We have Friday afternoons off.
• We give our team members a ski pass to Vail, the #1 ranked ski resort in North America, and Beaver Creek Resort.
