| Edward's Station is a multi-use facility located on 4 acres in the southeast corner of the I-70 exit in Edward's, Colorado. Occupying the two buildings are a Car Wash, Quick Lube, Colorado Mountain Express corporate offices, a Texaco gas station, convenience store, Wendy's, and employee housing units. Construction began in the Spring of 1999 with an estimated construction cost of $3.5 million. |

| Wendy's and it's drive-thru window are located on the west (left) side of the building while the Edwards Grocery convenience store is located on the east. There are two-three bedroom employee housing units located on the upper level. |

| The client requested a high level of finish within the Edwards Grocery / Wendy's building. TAB Associates, Inc. provided interior design services including millwork details, material and color selections, and, in conjuction with Wendy's International, the coordination of the Wendy's color palette. |
