Jambalaya's Louisiana Grille

Jambalaya's Louisiana Grille is a 2,400 s.f. restaurant located in Edwards, CO in the new 1st & Main building.  The elevation above shows the west side of the dining area on the right and the bar area on the left.  The theme of the restaurant is a New Orleans alley.

On the outside a bead-slinging gator invites you to a New Orleans alley cafe.
The bar area is on the corner of two adjacent buildings with billboard lighting and back bar mirror to emulate a window in the side of the building.  The bar top is faux painted to resemble alligator skin.
The broken stucco over brick reflects the long time practice of the refacing of buildings typical in New Orleans pedestrian alleys.
The effect of buildings surrounding the alley with a blue sky above is illustrated by the corrugated roof over the restroom area and the surrounding storefront windows.
