The home is in the LEED pilot program and is attempting to achieve
Silver Certification. On the roof is 5.5 kW of
photovoltaic panels. The home is super-insulated with R-30+ walls
and R-55 + roof. All insulation is blown urethane (2 pcf/min.)
foam. Fresh air is provided continuously via 80% effective
air-to-air heat exchangers.
