| This 8,500 s.f. true log house in
Bachelor Gulch had a 2 car garage, five bedrooms, study and living
space. We added two bedrooms a theater, work out space with steam
room and a massage room. We designed a complete renovation of the
Master bath, mud and kitchen. We reconfigured one bedroom and
bath into two bedrooms with separate baths. With the new
additions the total square footage is now 10,000 s.f. The entire
interior of the home was refinished in coordination with Worth
Interiors. Exterior work included new synthetic wood shingle
roofing, new pool and spa, outdoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, pizza
oven. In addition, the mechanical system was revised to included a geo-thermal field and solar thermal panels on the roof. |
