This 4,200 s.f. speculative residence has 4 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths all on a single level.  This is the east elevation which has unobstructed views of the Gore Range.  The great room, with its wrap around deck, is above the garage.  The master suite is on the left and has an on-grade patio.
The deck wraps around the great room to the breakfast nook on the north elevation.  To the right is the bedroom wing.  It contains three bedrooms which include the primary guest bedroom and a large family room.

The bedroom wing is to the left on the west elevation.  On the right is the master bathroom in the master suite with the dining room in the middle of the elevation.  The dining and family rooms have access to the very private on-grade patio.
This is a view of the site from Case Court before construction began.  The site allows plenty of privacy with its dense forest of aspen and evergreen trees.

Main Elevation
The landscaping is now in and the clean-up has begun. The main elevation of this house offers a unique aspect with its winding stair, large area of windows, and wrap around deck.
Boulder walls in the rear of the house retain the hillside to create a private outdoor patio. Outdoor Patio

The living space was designed as a great room with the kitchen, living room and dining room open to each other.
