Lot 72 Bachelor Gulch
Lot 72 North Elevation, 2000.
This custom 5,700 sf home is located on Lot 72 in Bachelor Gulch.  The entry boardwalk wraps around a large 36" diameter fir tree to bring visitor to the entry porch.  The home is a great room design with five bedrooms, five baths, and two powder rooms.  Also included is a family room, ski room, master library, and a three car garage.  Multi-level patios surround the home.

The east elevation's fenestration opens up vistas to the Gore Range.

The south elevation illustrates the patios and fire pit which has views to Beaver Creek. 


The steep slope and position of this home offers a unique entry porch. It was requested by the Owner to save the large conifer tree in the middle of the site which you see in the far right photo. A board walk was designed around the tree linking the entry to the motor court.

 
Above the three car garage is the master bedroom and bathroom.
A serpentine retaining wall follows the edge of the driveway, helping to create a window garden for the family room windows below the dining room.
From the exterior the great room is pronouced by the dormer over the lower level bedrooms. Using extensive windows in this elevation offers some of the best views to the Gore Range from these rooms inside the home.
