rendering

This 10,000 s.f. home is located on Lot 113 in Bachelor Gulch.  It features indigenous materials such as log columns, beams, and trusses, half log siding and battered drystack moss rock veneer. The home is designed to take advantage of views from  Red and White Mountain to the Gore Range with a glimpse of the Bachelor Gulch Village lifts.

This ski-out residence has six bedrooms including the master and primary guest bedrooms, six baths, and two powder rooms.  Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook with fireplace and access to an outdoor deck. The luxurious master bedroom also has its own fireplace and outdoor deck access.  The residence also includes a family room with wine cellar and bar, home theater, and three car garage.

The image below shows the models of Lot 113, in foreground, and Lot 114, in background. Both of these speculative homes are being designed by TAB Associates for two different developers.
