Cassato - Lot 9 - The Ranch at Cordillera: Interiors
This 6,500 s.f. home is located on Lot 6 in the Ranch at Cordillera.  Situated on a site that is heavily wooded  and adjacent to a wildlife corridor, the home is assured privacy.

Views of the Gore Range, Castle Peak, Bellyache Ridge, and Red and White Mountain were primary design considerations when developing the floor plans. Exterior finish materials are stone, rough-hewn horizontal wood, and board and batten as siding, with Core-Ten steel and cedar shakes as roof materials.

This mountain-ranch home features a great room design with kitchen, dining room, and living room open upon entry through both mud room and main entry.

The great room plan allows major rooms such as the kitchen, dining, and living room to be open to one another while retaining their own defined sense of space.  A benefit of the great room design in this home is natural light entering through East and South facing windows into the North facing kitchen and living area.

The great room fireplace is a strong focal element.

The stair tower windows allow light to reach even the lower level. The family room area at the lower level has a large custom built bar, large windows to capture views, and serves as theater.

The main entry is aligned with the great room windows to provide immediate, and amazing views to the homeowners and visitor alike.

The upper level has two primary guest bedrooms. These guest suites have bathrooms with a touch  of turn of the century elegance.
