Gary Residence
This custom home is located in Beaver Creek with views directly up the mountain and overlooking the golf course. The home is a great room design with four bedrooms, five baths, and a powder room. Also included is a family room with a bar, exercise room / future bedroom, office, and a three car garage. Lower level patio includes a built-in spa and fire pit. Interior decorating done by Worth Interiors.

Above: Upon entering the house your presented with a large fireplace and expansive windows with views to Beaver Creek Mountain and Beaver Creek Golf Course. Within the great room is a bar that has an ice maker, wine cooler, and under counter refrigerator. Opposite the bar is a custom entertainment cabinet. This cabinet was custom designed for a 60" rear projection TV to pull out and swivel. It also houses AV equipment.

Below: The dining room is off to the right of the entry and is designed to seat 12. Pass through upper cabinets are between the dining room and kitchen for display of fine china and glassware.

Above and right are photos of the kitchen and nook from the overlooking hall leading to a guest bedroom over the garage.  The kitchen appliances consist of 2 under counter ovens, 2 warming drawers, dishwasher, 48" range, Sub-zero refrigerator, and a large expansive island with seating. Below the walkway is a built-in desk station.

Family Room
 The family room was designed to be more of an entertaining room.  The Garys  required a space for their shuffle board table as well as a large screen TV.  As part of the family room the bar is opposite as seen below.

The lower level family room bar is equipped with an under counter wine storage as well as an under counter refrigerator. High top counter seating at the island allows for more seats while entertaining.

Also requested was a large enough exercise room to house free weights and machines. Adjacent to the exercise room is a separate bath with a steam shower for relaxing after a workout.  Exterior doors from the exercise room lead out to the lower level patio which has a built-in spa and fire pit as seen below.
