Lot 72 Bachelor Gulch
This custom 5,700 sf home is located on Lot 72 in Bachelor Gulch.   The home is a great room design with five bedrooms, five baths, and two powder rooms.  Also included is a family room, ski room, master library, and a three car garage.  Multi-level patios surround the home.

After entering through the main entry (above left) you are welcomed into the foyer. The foyer is designed with a powder room and walk-in coat closet off either side. Opposite the entry is a dormer with large windows (above right) to compliment the foyer. This dormer is part of the great room which is a few steps above the entry level.
This great room fireplace was placed to be seen from the entry and kitchen. The windows to the left afford a view of the Gore Range.
Still in the great room, opposite the fireplace, beams frame the pass through to both the kitchen and dining room.
The dining room is a formal design. The beams in the ceiling are typical throughout the house. The view from the dining room includes Red and White Mountain.

Above: The kitchen being the heart of the home was designed with ample room for people to sit and chat while others are cooking. Opposite the bar seating are two Sub-zeros and a built-in desk.

Below: Off the kitchen is a cozy breakfast nook with a fireplace and a custom built-in dish display in opposite corners.

A half level up from the main living area is the master suite and a home office/ sitting room. The office/sitting area is open to the stair from top to bottom.

Bottom right is the door leading into the boy's bathroom with a 3 foot high door to a storage area adjacent. Each room has a dormer nitch cut into the roof to allow for large windows and a sitting area.

The lower level has a family room, two guest bed/baths, the ski room, and a powder room. The family room is partially under grade with windows on one wall allowing for natural light. The ski room has its own entrance and patio.
