| The Eagle County Charter Academy Master Plan consists of five phases. TAB produced color drawings for ECCA to present to the Eagle County School Board. |

Phase 1:
ECCA plans to install the roadway and a gravel parking lot in this phase as well as a soccer field on the north part of the property. They will also move in 6 modular buildings to serve as temporary classroom and administrative facilities. |

Phase 2:
A gymnasium and assembly area will the first part of the new facilities. The new building is shown in yellow, while the existing modulars are represented in blue. |

Phase 3:
The first classrooms to be added will be for 4th through 8th grades. When these new classrooms are completed, two of the modular buildings will be removed from the site. |
 |
Phase 4:
The second set of classrooms to be added will be for Kindergarten through 3rd grades. Once these are complete, two more modular units will be removed. |
 |
Phase 5:
The final addition will be new administrative facilities, and enlarged parking lot, and an additional parking lot to the west. The final two modular units will then be removed. |
