| This renovation consists of converting an existing 5,100 s.f. primary/secondary duplex into a 6,700 s.f. duplex home. The existing T&G siding will be replaced with rough sawn cedar shiplap siding, stone-veneered entries, and stucco. The existing cedar shake cold roof will be converted to a cedar shake super- insulated roof. The existing decks will be removed and replaced with rough sawn cedar decks with timber and wrought iron guardrails. These images are of the existing east unit exterior. |

| These images are of the west unit's existing interior. The living room and hearth room in the top images will have dormers installed above to allow for transom windows to bring in more natural light. The kitchen in the lower right image will be removed and renovated. The crawl space in both east and west units will be underpinned and reclaimed to create additional living space, such as additional bedrooms, media rooms, and a wine room in the west unit. |
