This renovation a near tear-down. The the entire roof was removed, garage was extended out  to include a mudroom behind it, the north walls of teh lower level living and upper level dining were removed and replaced further put to create additional square footage, the entry was removed and replaced as well as where you enter the house, and a new guest suite was added over the newly extended garage. The entire master suite was renovated and teh master bath made larger. most of the exterior walls were either re-built or re-framed to include expansive windows.
