The proposed addition and alterations to the East elevation is shown in this preliminary sketch. The work includes the addition of a new porch, the addition of a stone fireplace, and new windows. |

The renovation is complete. The new exterior materials consist of shingles and stone. This photo shows the new shed dormers cut into the existing garage roof for the roof space study and guest bed/bath. |
| The addition was primarily over the garage and the garage itself, however the entire house got a face lift and new materials. |  |

With this new mud room addition the homeowner can walk from the main house to the garage without having to go outside. Also included in this addition is a new laundry room. |

| The addition over the garage was split into a guest suite and study. Using half the additional space, this study has plenty of sitting area as well as work area. |  |
