Before 1979, the Barlow Residence was a simple ranch style home in Sunshine Acres in Davie, FL. An extensive renovation was designed and constructed and is illustrated by the accompaning images. Brick pillars with both a pedestrian gate and vehicular gate and associates seperate fence were added as well as lush landscaping. |

Boulders were added to the existing rectangular pool along with a waterfall and landscaping to give it a lagoon like feel. |
| Behind the new cypress lined bar was the existing chimney. The brick was removed for reuse on the interior of the home next to the existing fireplace for an "exact" match. New "similar" brick was installed around the existing masonry along with additional accents including the beer tab niche, the bar footrail and the existing steel column wraps. | ![]() |
