Rear Elevation
South-east view to Arrowhead Ski Area Sitting high up in Singletree, the lot offers spectacular views to Arrowhead Ski Area and Gold Dust Peak.
From the lower road, you can see a full view of the home. This elevation of the home captures beautiful views of Arrowhead Mountain and Beaver Creek Mountain. Home from lower road
Main home from road intersection. As you come up Bronco Drive to the intersection of Mustang, the retaining wall comes into view.  From this view you can see the way the home steps down the hill.
Dormers all around the home, like the one above the three car garage, allow for larger areas of windows, hence more natural light and more view.  Rear Elevation
Garage Elevation The kitchen was designed as the heart of the house with a direct access to the nook, stair, and large deck. The 48" range is surrounded by stone and granite. The reclaimed wood beams in the ceiling are followed throughout the house.
The Owners requested the stair be of non-formal type and open from top to bottom in center. Reclaimed columns and beams are used to accent the structure of the stair.
From the upper level hall you can see Arrowhead and Beaver Creek Mountain from the view window.

The study was designed specific to the owners request. It sports a fireplace, built-in entertainment center, and carries a view to the ski slopes of Arrowhead Resort.
Adjacent to the study and above the garage is a guest suite. The bathroom for the suite is Jack-n-Jill'ed with the hall for easy access from the study without disturbing a probable guest. Kitchen Archway
