| McCoy Peak Lodge consists of 36 ski in/ski out luxury condominium units right on the slopes of Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Also included in the structure is 2 levels of underground parking. The 160,000 s.f. of building was constructed for $23 million in 1995. |
